No fur or hair of any kind on his body, this is most evident on his face and head as though his rags do display more then what polite society would term acceptable. Though even if he was dressed in a Tuxedo he would stand out for he is nearly always giving off a little light from all his skin, normally blue and soft, it can flux depending on mood and mode of behavior he is displaying. With in an arms length of him (his arm length) you start to feel a static charge in the air, half length of arm you start to get pins and needles.....touch him and we will see how it plays out. Voice tends to sound like its just out of puberty and label to break anytime but it has not been known to happen. Breath stinks bad enough to smell from half arms length though that could just be general odor, and teeth are jagged...one might think of some kind of preditory fish looking at them. |

Background
An experiment that failed, by a scientist looking to see if he could replicate the creatures that must have existed to influence so many cultures in thinking that shifters exist. The reason it failed? It wasnt because that the creature couldnt shift, for when the need or want takes him.... he changes, its the mind and body warping that happened....The scientist didnt account for the constant hunger the creature had and got a first hand show of what its like to be struck with a human sized jolt of electricity generated from the fusion of Human and Electric Eel.
