Background
A former mercenary and ruthless killer who's reputation struck fear into everyone. After a large slip up, he lost most of his mercenary band. Now he travels alone fighting in wars and waiting to die fighting.
In the past he and his group were widely feared. However, one day he took a job in the city he frequented. He was successful, but the mission had been a trap. While zoned out on the job he killed a woman he cared for and slowly started to fall apart. Escape from the city left him and two survivors of his group. It was there they split up, and from there Scion set out.
The sudden awakening to what he'd become caused him to doubt a lot of things, and he didn't know what he'd seen in his former affections. Seeing the true beast Scion wanted death, but instead of suicide, he decided to give someone a chance for revenge. Slowly drifting, but never losing. The sad fate of a warrior who wants to die.

The Four Elements "This is a world full of adventure. People know magic exists and those who use it generally control one of Four Elements. Fire, Water, Earth and Air. There are many other forms of magic, such as darkness and light, but they aren't nearly as common. A long time ago there were ancient empires where some of these other magics were known.
