Armon is a swordsman from the kingdom of Asysas, more specifically a small town in Asysas. After stabbing his brother with a dagger in a game of soldiers he ran away from home to avoid the beating for playing with the weapons. He took the dagger with him. Something in him came out that day for the first time. A dark streak that manifested in his blood, and his eyes turned red.

After a couple of days he was going insane. The power that showed itself in him was urging him to kill. He saw an innocent man wearing not much other than simple clothing. He had a few coins and didn't seem to be carrying a weapon.

That very day, that man took Armon as an apprentice to train under him to control the madness that was taking him. This training led him to the empire of Mallanor.
