Background

Ana cannot remember the outside world. She's spent the whole of her life in some kind of facility--the details are very vague, perhaps just as a result of her inattention to the world around her or maybe because of drugs. It's not the sort of thing she bothers herself with. She tends to spend as much time as possible within her own head, though people-watching is one of her favorite things. And she's a good listener. People tell her things.

Her gift seems to just be empathy until you take a closer look. As a telepath, she can sense broken or damaged minds and doesn't like to see them that way, even if fixing them hurts her in return. The hopes were that she would develop her psionic capablities even further to the levels of telekinesis, but the tests were rather rudely interrupted by her escape.
