Background
Originally the court Jester of a noble house in Waterdeep, he was assumed dead when the nobles caravan was ambushed by drow. He resurfaced several years later much more twisted than before. Not inheritly good or evil, the jester rarely makes sense and seems to do things for his own, unique flavor, of amusement.
