Hawk looked into the seeing pool and smiled. "Perfect." he said with a nod. "Now quick go wash up and I'll get our metal ready. We have to leave before everyone wakes up."

Merci smiled. "You know David?" she glanced over. "Yeah, well...guess who so visisted me last night."

Aimee smiled. "Let me guess... hmm.... this is hard... David?" She said, looking over at her friend. "You two have fun?"

Lina sighed, but she nodded all the same and got up. She slipped into the bath and started scrubbing, but it took a good while for her to get everthing off. Maybe I should have done this last night... It was a good twenty minutes before she snuck back to her tent, her skin pink from how hard she had been rubbing the paint off.

Hawk frowned and sighed. "Sorry." he said wiping her cheek with his thumb. He sighed and handed her metal. "There." he whispered. "Put those on. The glove and the one around your waist. I've got the other glove and the one around the shoulder."

Merci rolled her eyes. "Fun? Are you kidding me, he's a god." she breathed. "And he asked me out."

Lina blinked at his touch. "You don't have to apologize," she said quietly, pulling the metal all. She shivered at its cold embrace.

Aimee smiled over at her friend. "Really?" She grinned. "That's great. So now you know him, know him and you get to hang out with him too." She talked as they got closer to their class.

Hawk sighed and shrugged, and secured the metal. It was pretty heavy, but he would get used to it.

Merci smirked as they walked into the classroom. She sat down in the back next to Aimee. "Well, the best part is, is that it's the year of Kel you know. Have to be looking for the right one."

Aimee nodded. "Right." She smiled, waiting for the class to start. "How do you know though? If they are the right one."

Lina took a deep breath, fixing her eyes on him. "Ready?" she asked.

Hawk took in a deep breath and nodded too. "Yes." he said, standing up. With the metal on, the short hair and everything, he really looked like a Forger.

Merci shrugged. "You know when you have a big ring on your finger." she smiled slightly, but class started soon after.

Aimee nodded and tried to focus on class again, but her mind wandered. More to Temp this time then the Pagans. He scooped her up again and kissed her passionately. His shirt was off and she fantasized about them being together, about their date.

Lina nodded and slipped out the back of her tent, creeping along the edge of the settlement and away from everything she called home.

Hawk followed her and eventually took the lead. He knew where they were going.
Soon, they were out in the street, and Forgers walked past. None of them seemed to give them too much notice. Perfect.
He stepped into the building he had seen a few enter. That bar.
There was no one really here, but the bartended greeted them. "Hey ho, there. New folks arn't you."
Hawk nodded slowly. "Yes." he said with a shrug taking a seat.

Merci nudged her when class was over. "By the hammers what do you think about all class period?" she asked, dragging her out.

Aimee shrugged. "Whatever comes to my mind." She smiled, walking out with Merci. "I don't know. Do you pay attention the whole time?"

Lina nodded, sitting next to Hawk. Calm... slow... easy... she chanted to herself silently.
