Jacob sat at the table and sipped his hot chocolate tenderly flashing Ryden a smile every now and again. He wondered if she had bought that corset or not...

Ryden smiled back at Jacob and slowly finished her hot chocolate. "So... what do you think we should do this afternoon?" she asked lightly.

"We should play a game!" Izy said. "We could play cards or we could do... something.... really awesome I don't know!" She laughed, extremely happy.

Noelle followed Garrett into the training room and closed the door. "She... is wearing a dress..." She said quietly.

Garrett had to laugh a little. "Yeah, I blame Jacob's girlfriend...but...I mean she's ten...she's growing up so...fast."

Jacob smiled. "Yeah, that sounds like a great idea." He grinned. "But I don't have any cards. You think dad might?"

Ryden smiled and shrugged, glancing to Izy. "If he doesn't I have some dice..." she said lightly.

Izy looked over to Ryden, confused. "What do we play with dice?" She asked her.

"I.... she's only ten she's not growing up. I think... I think this is just new to her." Noelle moved a hand through her hair.

Garrett scratched his head. "You think it's a phase? And what...what are you most concerned about?" he asked slowly, studying his wife.

Jacob smiled. "Plenty of things. But we'll have Ryden choose the game, easy."

Ryden smiled a bit. "Well... should I just get those then?" she asked quietly.

Izy nodded. "Yes please? I want to learn. Can I come with you though?" She wanted to follow Ryden... she was awesome in everything!

Noelle shook her head. "I don't know I just... I don't want her to grow up too fast. I know she's never really been into these dresses and hair and.... We should have a few years before anything drastic."

Garrett sighed and nodded. "Well, one moment she was almost forced to grow up with my training, but. She seems to have feeln out of that. I'm not going to push it...honestly." He whispered moving over to the mat. "Come spare with me darling."

Jacob laughed and shook his head. Isabel was practically stealing his girlfriend. "I'm sure you can 'come with', Izy."

Ryden smiled and nodded. "Come on," she said lightly. She got up. "It's easier to play on the floor anyways. Jacob is it alright if we play in your room?"

Noelle walked over. "Garrett.... I think you should still train Izy..." She said quietly, moving over to the mat as well. "I don't want her to give up on that and... she still needs to be able to protect herself."

Izy got up from the table. "Yeah it's alright." She said for him, not caring if she wasn't allowed to.

Garrett sighed and took two practice swords off the wall. "If she comes back within the week I'll continue. But...Sazan said it was just a bad idea. Maybe when we move the hell out of this shit hole." He tossed Noelle a sword.

Jacob was about to agree, but his sister had seemingly insisted upon it. "What the ladies say, then." He smiled.

Ryden smiled and dug her dice out of her lute case. She quickly taught Izy how to play one of the more simple games, smiling at Jacob every now and then before starting the real thing.

Izy smiled as Ryden taught her the games. She was really happy being with her and her brother... they were her friends. "Do I win anything if I do win?" She asked.

Noelle grabbed the sword and nodded. "Where would we move?" She asked him.
