Kyndal smiled a bit up at him. "Thanks," she said softly. She took the plate and slowly dug in, eating her entire serving. She didn't remember if she had actually eaten anything since... well pizza with the roommates. That was the last she remembered anything.
When she finished, she licked her lips again, holding the plate in her lap. "That was good," she said softly with a small smile. "I can't remember the last time I had real food."

Ryan frowned. "What do you mean? You eat...fake food?" He seemed amused by his own attempt at humor. "What's that taste like. Plastic I'd imagine."

Kyndal smiled and shook her head. "Just lots of pizza and cereal lately," she said softly.

Ryan nodded slowly. "I eat pizza and cereal too, so." He shrugged. "Are you feeling any better then?"

Kyndal nodded, putting her feet over the edge of the bed. He probably wanted her out of there by now. "Yeah... thanks," she said quietly. She scratched her head a little. "Well I..." Now what Reaver? What am I supposed to do?
She sighed a bit and pushed herself to her feet, standing unsteadily.

Ryan deflated. "Where are you going?" He had to ask softly, standing up with her to make sure she was well enough. "I'd walk you home, but I can't till tonight." He said slowly. "EEP is a pain." He swallowed and nodded.

Kyndal shook her head a bit. "I can just call another cab," she said softly, looking up at him. "Thanks for feeding me and all. I... I'm sorry to just pop up on you and all."

"Don't be. I really appreciate the news on my Grandfather. It's nice to know." He licked his lips. "I don't suppose I'll ever see you again?" He had to ask.

Kyndal looked up at him. "You want to see a crazy person that showed up at your house sobbing again?" she asked quietly in disbelief.

Ryan frowned. "Oh...I don't think you're crazy." He said. "How else could you know anything about my Grandfather. I watch a lot of TV, and all over the sci-fi channel theres stories about ghosts and stuff."

Kyndal nodded slowly, looking down at the floor for a moment. "Well... thank you," she whispered. "Again. I... could we be friends?" She looked up at him again, trying to keep the desperation out of her voice. She didn't... want to lose everything about Reaver--Joshua. And a ring... wasn't enough.

Ryan nodded slowly. "If you want to do something tonight we could. Maybe see a movie?" He offered gently. "Or maybe tomorrow? Or whenever you have time, is...is that alright?"

Kyndal smiled gratefully and nodded. "I'd... really like that," she said softly. "Except not tonight. I don't want to pass out on you a second time. And... I look like shit."

Ryan laughed a little. "I certainly don't think so." He offered. "Well, you can visit me anytime. I'll be here like always. I usually go out at night, though, so."

Kyndal nodded slowly. "Do you have a phone?" she asked quietly. "I could actually call you... if you wanted. So I don't show up out of no where again."
