Nickoladze pulled back. 'We should be careful." He whispered softly. He smiled at her and hugged her tightly instead.

Lyra nodded a bit, taking a slow breath in through her nose. "You feel... really good," she whispered.

Nickoladze smiled. "So do you." He breathed. He pressed his forehead against hers again, stealing a soft kiss.

Lyra smiled a bit into the kiss, but she slowly pulled back, looking up at him. She reached up and pushed some of her hair back over her shoulder.

Nickoladze rested down beside her finally and closed his eyes. Even if it had been a long time since he had been with a woman...
He was enjoying this more.

Lyra swallowed a bit, watching him. But after a little while, she got tired as well. She moved down in the bed a bit further, and had to turn over to get comfortable. She felt a bit bad, hoping he knew that was the only reason she turned away...

Nickoladze actually liked it... He draped his arm around her and pulled her close to him. "I love you Lyra." He murmured before he started to drift.

Lyra smiled a bit, gently running her hand up and down his arm for a moment. "I really... really care about you," she whispered back.

Nickoladze smiled at that and nodded. He accepted that...he couldn't ask for more especially when he thought he'd be shot down.

Lyra slipped her fingers into his again and then slowly drifted off. This was nice, being held against him. And after she'd gotten over her nervousness... this felt very... safe. She slept soundly, warm and content.

The next morning, Nickoladze slept in. He didn't want to get up or move away from Lyra one bit.

Lyra woke up around eight, when Lain slipped in to wake her. The maid had opened the door, gasped, and quickly backed out, averting her eyes and closing the door.
Lyra frowned a bit, instantly awake. She glanced down at the arm around her though, and couldn't help smiling. She decided quickly that she didn't care. Last night had been too nice. She slowly turned onto her back, watching Nickoladze sleep.

Nickoladze looked relaxed and he wore a thin smiled as he slept beside her. Like Antony had said, he hadn't seen a smile since...

Lyra smiled, studying every detail of his face. He looked a lot younger here, than when he was working. After a little while, maybe a half hour or so, she leaned forward and gently kissed him.

Nickoladze kissed back reflexivley and slowly came to. He opened his eyes and smiled wide. "Hey you." He breathed softly. He brought a hand through her hair and kissed her again.
