Garrett shrugged. "Just don't feel like myself. I feel empty. Like I'm looking at me but there's nothing I can do."
He sipped his tea and managed a smile.

Noelle nodded and put her hand on his knee. "You felt thin.. before. YOu said that you just felt stretched out. I just want you to rest... to relax." She smiled a bit at him, but it fell quickly. "I hope Isabel and Jacob come home soon... they've been gone too long and I know... Isabel would help you."

Garrett nodded sighed and lay down, pulling Noelle on top of him. "You help." He whispered, giving her a kiss. "I should...probably get an eyepatch. I'm not completely blind yet...and it's giving me a headache."

Noelle's heart hurt just hearing that she helped, but she kept it back and nodded, smiling slightly. "I could always make you one. Or Eliene, she's rather good at that." She hugged him so tightly and closed her eyes. "I don't mind the eye at all, but if it's giving you a headache." She was trying to distract herself.

Garrett nodded. "It's trying to hard to compensate is all." He sighed. "I might the eye. I can't see out of it." He chuckled slightly.

Noelle hugged Garrett. "Well, I like it." She managed a smile, but mostly she just buried herself in him, never wanting to let go.... ever. She felt like letting go would make everything fall apart. "Garrett, I love you." She whispered.

Garrett hugged her close and closed his eyes. "I love you too." he whispered. He didn't feel right with Noelle...just then. It was odd. He felt like he belonged...elsewhere.

Jacob yawned and sat up. "Woah where did the kids go?" He asked frowning. "Shit!"

Noelle nodded and held onto him. SHe just couldn't let go of that panic, how she felt physically sick about everything. How she was losing him and the only way to fix that was to break his heart and her own.

Izy was running away, hiding in the tall grass that covered here. She was starting to not be able to hear Christain's calls, but that was the game! She had to win the game.

"IZY!" He called, running through the woods. "IZY COME OUT NOW or you're in big trouble!" He called, panicking.

Christian shouted to Jacob. "She's that way!" He ran after her still, getting angry at this point.

Whiisper hopped up and was after Jacob in a second. If worse came to worst she could speed off magically, or grab Izy, although that one she hadn't practiced as much.

Izy giggled and kept running. She was going to hide. SHe was going to win! She tried to make sure her giggling wasn't making too much noise, but this was too much fun for her!

"No no no! IZABEL KAINE! COME OUT NOW!!!" He shouted angrily. He meant business, and it was a little scary.

Whisper blinked and glanced to Jacob as they ran. Christian finally gave up. He knew Jacob would catch her, and he'd been chasing Izy for a while now. He collapsed in the grass with a huff.

Izy stopped running. She was in trouble now.... Jacob sounded really angry. She didn't want to be in trouble! This was a game... just a game. She ran over to a bush and climbed into it, pressing herself into the trunk of the tree while in the bush. Izy put her thumb in her mouth.

"Isabel! Please come out! Or I'll tell Dad you ran off!" He shouted. Bargaining usually worked. "Please Izy?!"
