Aveline nodded and smiled, but she watched him for a moment and really couldn't help smiling. "So... should we go back to the hotel?" She aske din a whisper.

Rett smirked a bit and shook his head. "She broke up with me," he said. "But... I couldn't just leave her. She's been doing all this research... she said she could make someone that would... be like me."

Deshwitat smiled a bit and nodded. But before getting up, he leaned over and kissed her again, tentatively putting a hand on her cheek.

Em frowned a little bit. "Like...immortal?" She asked softly. She looked to Rett with serious interest.

Aveline could literally feel herself melt at his kiss. SHe returned it though... once her brain started working again and kissed him back, her hand resting gently on his arm.

Rett nodded a bit, grabbing the shampoo behind her. "Yeah," he said. "I told her not to. But she's stubborn."

Deshwitat slowly pulled back and smiled at her. "You're good at that," he whispered.

"Why would she want to do that? In...incase you met someone or? To reverse your effect?"
She asked cautiously.

Aveline slowly opened her eyes again to look at him and smiled. "So are you... you're... the... you can make up a compliment for incredible." She whispered, her brain obviously still on the kiss.

Rett looked at her and shook his head. "Not a way of making someone immortal," he said. "It would be... creating an immortal body out of nothing. It doesn't involve a real person. And even if it was a construct, I wouldn't wish this fate on anyone. Ever."

Deshwitat chuckled a bit and got up, offering her a hand. "Come on," he said softly. "Let's get out of this place before you're damned forever. Not only were you here with a vampire, but you slept in here and kissed someone." He flashed her a teasing smile.

"I'm not sure I understand." Emily murmured softly. She licked her lips and looked up to him.

"All with that vampire." Aveline teased back, taking his hand and standing up. "But... I definitely think the risk of being damned was well worth it."

Rett shook his head a bit. "I don't either," he said. "She's explained it to me... basically she'd make a person..." He shook his head again and washed the shampoo out of his hair. "Like out of magic."

Deshwitat chuckled a bit and shook his head. "You could never be damned," he murmured.

Em frowned a little and nodded. "Oh." She whispered softly. "I think...I get it." She whispered softly. She rinised her hair out next.

Aveline smiled. "Hey I could. Do not doubt my ability." SHe teased a little bit, walking down the stairs with him. She did check outside first before opening the door to the church.

Rett nodded, watching her. "Okay well... let's um... change the subject," he said. "What do you want for breakfast?"

Deshwitat smiled at her and shook his head, walking out into the cool evening.

Em shrugged a little. "A bagel maybe." She smiled at him and moved closer. "Cream cheese and jelly."
