Evhad nodded. "If you're willing to learn." He bowed his head and mounted the horse. "Perhaps you will find that you'll have your own horse very soon."

Kiya smiled a little. "Maybe," she said softly. "How would I ride and hold Cunetyl alone?"

Evhad smiled. "We will make something to keep him to your chest. I believe a friend of me knows." He shrugged. "Try."

Kiya smiled a little and nodded. "As long as you teach me how first," she said softly.

Evhad nodded easily. "Of course." He said lightly. He mounted with Kiya and made sure she was situated before taking off into the desert. His men were rugged, it looked like, tired and grumpy. But they pushed onward.

Kiya fell quiet as they rode. She was getting a little sore from all the riding. She did her best to focus on the baby in her arms and nothing else. It made her feel a little better at least.
