Jamie nodded and pulled her day planner back out. "So we need to reschedule everything from today?" she asked calmly.

'ASAP if possible." He said easily. "What's it look like tomorrow?" He leaned over the table and shifted.

Jamie flipped pages, comparing. "A little busy," she said. "You've got a couple internal meetings. But the afternoon's pretty free. We could get about three of today's appointments in then. And then the rest the next day, since your Fridays are usually pretty open."

"UGH! Afternoon meetings?" He groaned. "I mean we have to make the calls and make sure its okay for them." He frowned a little. "I don't wanna."

Jamie laughed a little, shaking her head. "Well, I guess you could try to space them out over a couple mornings," she said slowly. "But that'll take at least a week. And I doubt that'll be alright with Mr Reed Senior..."

"Mr. Dad is too busy with whatever he's doing." He said slowly. "He won't notice right?" He asked slowly. "Wait who did we cancel this morning?"

Jamie flipped back to today and showed him the page of clients he'd canceled on. She took the moment to take a sip of wine.

"Oh shit." He whispered. "Forget all the others just make an appointment for Jacobson tomorrow." He said. "That's who pissed off."

Jamie slowly nodded. "Okay," she said slowly, making a note quickly. "Do you want me to call him now? Offer him whatever time he wants?"

"Yeah even today. Shit I forgot." He frowned a little. This was bad news Jacobson was a part of his father's....less legal and friendly side. Pissing him off was bad news.

Jamie studied him for a minute but slowly nodded. "Okay," she said quietly. "I'll go call him right now." She grabbed her cell phone and slowly got up.

Lars sighed as they were served. He cut into his steak though and tried to forget his mix up.

Jamie slipped out of the restaurant and found a quiet corner in the lobby. She quickly dialed Mr Jacobson's number and licked her lips a bit, waiting for the man to answer.

"Hello?" A deep voice answered. He had a heavy Russian accent. He sounded a bit irratated too.

Jamie took a deep breath and put up her fake smile even though she was just on the phone. It was habit by then. "Hello, Mr Jacobson," she said calmly. "This is Jamie Thomas, Mr Reed's secretary. I was calling on his behalf to reschedule your appointment from this morning."
