Steve put his hands to his face. He could barely watch, his face completely red.

"Who’s strong and brave, here to save the American Way?"
"Not all of us can storm a beach, or drive a tank, but there is still a way all of us can fight."
"Who vows to fight like a man for what’s right night and day?"
"Series E defense bonds, each one you buy is a bullet in the barrel of you best guy's gun."

"Stark I'm going to kill you." Steve whispered softly.

"Who will campaign door to door for America? Carry the flag shore to shore for America? From Hoboken to Spokane? The Star Spangled Man with a plan!"

The gang was all there, at Stark's home theater, with popcorn, coke, pizza and beer. They were apparently enjoying the party, but Steve had been tricked in to coming.

Tony grinned at Steve. "Come on," he said lightly. "This is great. And next we'll watch your movie."

Melissa shifted in her seat, tucking her feet under her and leaning into Steve. She kissed his cheek wordlessly, knowing how embarrassed he was. But she was loving the show.

Thor sat behind them, laughing heartily, enjoying the show. Tony had even flown Jane in from her laboratory to join the party with them, so the Asgardian was having quiet the good time.

Steve turned to Missy and smiled a little at her kiss. That didn't change the fact that this just hurt it was so embarrassing. But everyone else was enjoying it. And then came the part where he punched Adolf Hitler, and he laughed, remembering how goofy this all was. Times sure changed. There wasn't a lot of propaganda now and days. Not like this. Not the kind that made people feel like they were worth anything.

His movie was just as cheesy, but he remembered making it, and having fun. He glanced to Missy and put her arm around her, dipping his head.

Banner was with Stark, keeping quiet, but smiling. "Cap this explains so much."

Tony laughed happily at that, nodding. "Yeah it does," he said lightly.

Melissa hugged herself close to Steve, trying to keep him comfortable.

It was a long night of memories, and by the end, Steve felt more comfortable and nostalgic than embarrassed. It was a long night though, and it was stirring uo all kinds of feelings about home. Where he used to live. How...

"I can't believe Howard kept all these." He said softly. "He must have liked them."

Tony glanced over at him and smirked a bit. "Well I think he missed you," he said. "He always was looking for you."
Melissa smiled a bit, slipping her hand into Steve's. She could feel his nostalgia growing though, and it worried her.

"Well I miss him." He said softly. "How did Howard pass, Tony?" He asked softly. "Just curious."

Tony glanced to the screen for a moment. "Plane crash," he said quietly with a shrug. "Long time ago."

Steve nodded slowly. "He was the best pilot." He said softly. He swallowed a bit. "Sorry Stark."

Tony nodded a little. "Yeah," he said calmly. "Come on, this is supposed to be a party. Let's have some fun."

Steve smiled a little at Missy. "So...how you like the old me?" He asked playfully. "A bit...spangley."

Melissa laughed a little. "I like old you," she said softly. "Although now you is better."

Steve smiled a little at her. "You mean without the tights?" He asked softly with a shake of the head.

Melissa laughed a bit and shrugged. "No," she said softly. "This you is mine."

Steve smiled a little and kissed her right then and there. He rubbed noses a little, and Banner shook his head. "Alright love birds." He teased them.
"Sorry Bruce. Missy is just too nice of a gal not to kiss."
