House Dilysnia is a role-playing community set within a high cultural, fantasy-renaissance period.
Current Happenings:
Lord Harvold Dilysnia is dead. The man apparently committed suicide. A note revealed he was not legitimate heir to the Dilysnia house. If this is true and the grieving Lady Cerise does not stand to inherit, who does?
There are also currently dark undertakings by a group known as the 'Wicked Quartet'. Their ambition is high--to topple the monarchy of Variens city.

New-commers have arrived at the Grand House Dilsynia! The newly chosen Lord Deston, quite handsome and dashing, has arrived with his wife to be, Isabel hanging on his arm as a dazzling jewel.
The breath taking golden haired angel Analicia has also arrived, now under the employement of Bianca and Donovan as Bianca's nurse maid during her pregnancy.
Tidus has struck a rather fair deal with the captured assassin, sparing his life under one condition!

the young assassin, bringing him back to house
Dilsynia for further questioning.
Bianca the master paintress and Donovan
the house advisor are now officially engaged.
Also, it is newly found out that Bianca is pregnant
with the house advisor's child.

The assassin Dazrath has killed Rammas the Monk, mistakenly believed to be Tidus Zephir, the meddling mage.
Bianca, currently experiencing pains, then had a close run-in with the assassin.
Donovan will have to inform Lady Cerise (deceased lord`s widow, and currently in charge) that she may no longer be in control if Deston accepts position as heir. She is expected to take the news badly.

House Dilysnia, Plots and Update

House Dilysnia plots are moving now, and hopefully more players will be getting in on the action.- The wizard Tidus and advisor Donovan are in the middle of a new assault upon the house. These are harsh times for House Dilysnia.
- The assassins Sunetra and her underling Dazrath (Player Needed) are in attempt to kill Tidus.
- Cordia is trying to push the heir Deston into the household, but what is her true, underlying motive?
New players are welcome! House Dilysnia is fantasy-renaissance based, and its main theme revolves around an underground war against the monarchy. The main danger comes from a cult known as the Wicked Quartet.
Players are cordially invited to play members of the Dilysnia household, enemies in the war, or members of the Variens city Royal council.

Since FantasyRole has implemented new posting frequencies in forums, I've set-up our main forum threads to require posts once every 7 days. That means posting is required regularly in that period (or Write Yourself Out), so we should hopefully hold down some more play!

- Lord Harvold Dilysnia is dead (suicide) and the body identified by Tidus and Cerise;
- Cerise is effectively in control of the household at this time, but the pressure of events is telling;
- Bianca and Donovan have expressed their love for one and another. Donovan would quite happily walk from the household if provoked;
- The noble Manly Frederic has meanwhile left the house after a row with Cerise;
- Cordia Lokrien has impressed herself (with Isabel Contreres), upon Deston Disant, the man, unknown at this time, likely to inherit title of Lord Dilysnia.
New Land: Moot'jlan

Just added part of a new land, Moot'jlan, to the Map. Jack aided in this new landmass, and has also drawn up a new character, Prince Jackmere.

I'm very pleased to report that events are progressing well with House Dilysnia. If you're interested in playing a fantasy-renaissance type game, new members are more than welcome.I've just updated our Cast of NPCs page for those interesting in joining play directly through an established character.

Just a quick confirmation that Cordia Lokrien and Deston Disant have joined the group, and will play major roles in the upcoming plot and drama.
As to when that's happening, we hope around the beginning of June to become embroiled in Yahoo chat conference.
Harvold is Dead

Year 754.4, and some 16 months after Harvold disappeared, he has now been found. Dead, however.
Lord Dilysnia was found deceased in a rented house in the relatively distant town of Kard, both his wrists slashed, a suicide note is by his side (to read the note click here).
