From computers, space travel and fusion power it was a long way to fall, but inevitable all the same. All things have a cycle of death and rebirth it is just a matter of cause and severity. At one point both were known but now only the fact that a great disaster occurred. Now after centuries, the population of the planet have pulled themselves out of the ashes and reclaimed at least some semblance of civilization it what remains of their world’s past [more here]

Long Absence
by EyeoftheNyte posted 05-Dec-2009

Alright, now as tends to happen every so often since I am in the Navy, I am to head out to sea again. I can't give dates or duration so I am letting everyone here know that I will be gone for a while. But when I return I will be ready and willing to go nuts playing and posting. Till then have fun and be creative.

The Golden Gryphon is manned and ready to go. She's off to Tidehaven, where the air and sea communities mix, which never fails to produce interesting results. Come and see or join in! click here

Getting Started
by EyeoftheNyte posted 26-Aug-2009

Before starting a thread or joining the group please read through the Group Information selection. It isn't required but it will give you a better feel for the world you are entering.

Also much will be changing along the lines of more detail. Soon there will be a geographic description of the main area and hopefully soon after that a map.

For now a large peninsula is isolated from the rest of the continent by a huge mountain range, Dragon’s Teeth Mountains . Two Heart Cities lay on this peninsula; Tidehaven on the coast and Serpenthelm in the Western shadow of the mountains, and one on the East side of the mountains; Lynon. Surrounding most of Lynon is a great forest of trees known as iron trees.

There are two more Heart Cities in the works as well as more detailed work on the Loftier’s and Captain’s Guilds, and Avar clans and Murroch tribes. Enjoy!
