The One-Tree links a shimmering archipelago of worlds across the multiverse. Its branches expanding constantly, pulsating with energy for millennia. Yggdrasil, so vast, visiting so many planets and realities that no one person can see its complexity.

Think of it as the player is both PC and GM. Recruit, explore, and conquer at your whim.

All free-form rules apply, including combat. If you want to make rules about finding secret doors, treasure or anything of the sort- it is up to you. I, on the other hand, prefer story playing games to role-playing games for this group.

Changes in the Worlds of the Nine

Several changes are ocurring in the 9. The Drag-On Inn pbp and chatrooms have opened for business.

Some scenarios have become worlds and have been lifted from the archives- The Cobalt Isles, Planet Dungeon, and Rivermoon.

Soon regular tavern style RP will be taking place on a regular basis, look out for details and listings.

Also looking for comments and ideas, any scenarios or worlds you would like to see, let us know.

The Drag On Inn now open

Located in a central conduit upon the One Tree connecting 'The Nine Worlds' the famed Drag On Inn is now shimmering into reality. Drop by have a drink, enjoy the crowds, other rooms within the hub should be appearing as well.

And it looks like someone is having a drink...

It looks like the Mines of Fergusia are going well. We have four characters in three cells hoping for an escape. Sam the mandala concept is rather interesting, cannot wait to see where it is going with that.

Why stop at Nine? The Nine Worlds has three new world ideas outlined in the Compositions section- Magnus Opus, Cobalt Isles and Year Zero.

In the past Dungeoneer has been such a success that it has been expanded to include THE NINE WORLDS. A collaborative story-telling universe; the 9 will also contain free form dungeons to explore as well as other lands weaved by its members.

I have been gone too long, away from house and home. Tried to go off on my own for a bit but missed the old gang. I am returning to the wondrous FR and DUNGEONEER as soon as I get all the affairs in order.

In the meantime, post, have fun, have a drink- perhaps I will enter the chatroom and mull around.

Dungeoneer Resurrection

The Dungeoneer is once again inspired. Temples and underground mayhem await. Starting up new scenarios, post your ideas, your wants, your dreams.

I want to try something new that appears to be working in other parts of 'The Nine Worlds'. A moderated free-form dungeon crawl. In that, the moderator controls all opposing NPC actions- this includes monsters, traps, environment, locks, etc.

In the event of PC vs PC, the opponent decides the result. Should make for interesting rping.
