Staff Rper's Guide

Welcome to the Fantasy Role Staff Rper's Guide. (Back)

To become a staff rper you must be already actively rping and willing to commit a period of time a week to your duties as a staff rper. Please read the rest of this document then send a pm to Staff Rper Manager.

As a staff rper you would be responsible for stimulating more roleplay in particular areas of the members hub. This means that your posting should reflect the type and style of the rper whom joins the room or thread you are responsible for. Thus if the incoming rper posts with three words. You should respond in three words. If the rper brings in a theif you provide an oppurtunity for theft. Ecetera.

There are several different types of roles available for staff rpers.

- Full GM (A full gm is responsible for generating monsters, non player characters and settings in a particular generic thread or room once a week.)

- Random Monster (This staff rper is responsible for posting as a monster or an evil character in chat or forum rp once a week.)

- Random Hero ( This staff rper is responsible for posting as a random hero in chat or forum rp once a week.)

- Setting Creator (This staff rper is responsible for creating a new forum thread once a week or in chat rp describing the background to characters whom enter a room they create.)

And two different types of rp listed.
- Forum Rp (Role play in a forum/ thread)
- Any thread with two weeks of absent posters is subject to a storyline advance/ re-write or retooling.

- Chat Rp (Role play in a chat room at a particular time)
- A staff rper is only responsible for filling the alloted time specified in their duties.

More information:
*All staff rpers are required to keep their status known. Thus if their internet is down or they are going on vacation ecetera. They must change their status from active to inactive.

*It is important to note that staff rper's may not include any of their accumulated characters or settings while on duty. Nor anything created during these rp sessions be used by staff rpers in any group they create or are already part of. Staff Rper's are prohibited from advertising any group of which they are a part, nor comment on any groups to rpers during their duties.

*While on duty a staff rper's only job is to provide rp to the rpers whom call upon them. Thusly it is the rper's job to have the time and full attention to professionally respond to players.
