Forums Upgraded

Given all the activity on our Group Message Forums, we decided it was wholly necessary to upgrade the forums for the benefit of everyone.

We've added a slew of Member Forum Options, including the use of an avatar, and the tinkering of defaults. We've also upgraded the paging system and layout of topic posts, so that should help viewing large threads!

Please don't forget to offer us your suggestions to improve things for you. We want to make everything as smooth as possible for you when viewing and posting.
